Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Can I Cuddle U pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:

✿ Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

✿ Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

✿ Refunds & Exchanges: We offer refunds or exchanges once your return is approved.

✿ Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

✿ Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us via Australia Post. If you request an exchange, we’ll cover the Australia Post shipping fee to send the replacement item back to you.

We recommend using a trackable Australia Post service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
